We wish to inform you that the 4 item shoes are already cancelled for refund.  We regret to inform you that we failed processing the exchange. We can't no longer process the replacement in customer's behalf due to security reasons.

Refund was already processed to your paypal account. Kindly try to place a new order for the 4 items. This will be ship together with the previous order. In the event that shipping will occur, rest assured it will be refunded to your account as well.

However your policy about the other walker i ordered is plainly ridiculous. My payment is all set so you souldnt be asking about any price increase. Its just 3 freakin bucks....do yo really have to set me an pay page for 3 bucks? really? ive spent more than 700 at this store.. this is not the customer service you should be offering; I already feel like your pricing is a ripoff compared to the korean price. If you are going to charge me the 3 dollars go ahead set me the pay page or whatever. But what you should know is that if this is the best treatment u give to customers I will not be ordering anything from you in  the future.
