I have made an order on the 26th April (No: 130426-2028486047)

and it has been 5 days already it still stated "Preparing for shipping"

if this is the case I believe I am not going to get my package within "7-10 days" as you have said on your shipping policy..

Can you please let me know what's going on?

Is there anything delaying the package?

It will be great if you can please check the current order status for me
