I was received an email said that my order has been shipped I'm really excited about it.

However I found out that one of my request was cancelled without any notification/report.

I checked several time if the product was out of stock but the website kept sending message that something was happened.

I would like to know what happened to my order.

Is the product out of stock? If yes will I be refunded ? If no will it be shipped to me?
