There are items that can be restock again but this will depend if the product has higher demand but most of the time when item is no longer on the website it means the product is no longer available and there's a big chance that it wont be restocked again.

I am a new customer. I was wondering the process of restocking items. If the item is available online to view but is out of stock does that mean it will be restocked at a later time ? I only know that if the item is no longer view-able online then that means it isn't available to purchase anymore.
