One question though. So I opened up everything and measured/compared the ordered items with other clothes I have.

And.. a shirt and a hoodie among my ordered items turned out to be much bigger than I'd expected. Tags are still on but I've taken them out of the plastic bags. Are these items still eligible to request for refund? I've read the refund policy but I am not quite sure if I have fully understood the conditions.

My order number is 121124-0039213867 and the items that I'm trying to see if I can request for refund are 5ASELFAA0011894 (Black) and J1SELFAA0011974 (Grey).
